The shipped part was exactly what was needed, and I also ordered 4 replacement O-rings to replace the original dried out ring for each burner base. Watched YouTube video(s) on bosch dishwasher door repair to find out how to take the panel off. Found the part (pictures VERY helpful), ordered it and had it in hand in 2 days! Following those videos, was able to change out the panel in under 30 minutes. Read more

After reviewing various posts on the internet, I tested the high heat temperature limiter and determined it was faulty due to lint buildup. Fixing was easy and took approximately 1 hour. I have a Bosch Axxis washing machine and all parts came exactly as ordered and within 2 days of order. I had to take off front and top panel and the door switch. The new wire and spring was part of the order and I had to pay for it. The old parts looked fine to me and I could have reused them but since I had the new ones, I replaced them anyhow. I wish I would have the option to buy the rubber gasket only. Read more

Appliance pros had the part. Incredibly, we received it the next day. They sent a confirming e mail with general instructions on how to replace it. Worked like a charm! Our's is a Bosch unit. The retaining brass nut in the center of the burner is an odd size-20 mm which I did not have among my many automotive metric tools. The local Auto Zone though had a 20 mm socket. I removed the metal front door panel, then removed the broken plastic Panel-Facia which houses the handle.
