Ordered the full hinge piece and an extra bushing. Was able just to slide the dishwasher forward a bit, lift the right side hinge off its seat and pop in the new bushing without disassembling. Fixed! I am retaining the full hinge piece in case of any future door incident but suspect I will never need it Read more

Replaced the drain pump assembly. Took about 90 minutes. Most difficult part was getting to the hoses and clamps in inside the machine at the bottom front. Just had to open the back panel and work inside. About the same difficulty as changing the radiator hoses on an automobile engine. Read more

I ordered a new Panel/Facia and bought replacement buttons just to be safe. All were pretty easy, but two things to BE CAREFUL about that are important. First, watch the videos about how to remove and replace the facia panel because if you do it improperly you will easily break the plastic tabs and be screwed. Removed 4 screws from back panel and removed back panel. Removed 3 screws and 3 wires from heater element and removed element. Reversed procedure with new element and seal. You will need the seal! Old one crumbled apart. All took less than 10 minutes. Read more

Fixing was easy and took approximately 1 hour. I have a Bosch Axxis washing machine and all parts came exactly as ordered and within 2 days of order. I had to take off front and top panel and the door switch. The new wire and spring was part of the order and I had to pay for it. The old parts looked fine to me and I could have reused them but since I had the new ones, I replaced them anyhow. I wish I would have the option to buy the rubber gasket only. Read more

Removed 10 Star Screws to get the door cover off and the fascia panel snapped off. Inserted the 6 buttons and the door handle into the facia panel prior to snapping it in place. Screwed the door cover back in place and the job was done. The facia has two tabs that need to be inserted into the door. Be careful not to crack them as they seem fragile. The first facia panel I ordered arrived with with one of those tabs cracked off. Read more

Open the left door and remove shelves. Remove the three torx screws from the left side metal rail and remove the rail. Disconnect the wires from the door to the heating element and lift the element off the retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new heating element. Very simple repair. Read more

The wash arms and filters were plugged with calcium and no longer spraying. Needless to say this impacts cleaning. The replacement parts were top quality and fit perfect. This simple replacement of parts put new life in trusty Bosch. Read more

After watching the AppliancePartsPros video on youtube, I was able to replace the control panel and buttons in less than 30 minutes. Very helpful video. It would be nice if they offered individual "function" buttons instead of a full set of 6, since I was only missing one. Overall a great experience. Read more
