Removed the rear panel, top lid and found burnt belt and what appeared to be worn out plastic dampers/shocks on bottom of drum. I had called several repairmen and they were all 7-10 days behind. Removed 10 Star Screws to get the door cover off and the fascia panel snapped off. Inserted the 6 buttons and the door handle into the facia panel prior to snapping it in place. Screwed the door cover back in place and the job was done. The facia has two tabs that need to be inserted into the door. Be careful not to crack them as they seem fragile. The first facia panel I ordered arrived with with one of those tabs cracked off. Read more

Very simple fix. Just replaced the bulb following the directions in the Microwave users manual. Took approximately 15 minutes. The instructions in the Bosch manual were good. Read more

I ordered a new Panel/Facia and bought replacement buttons just to be safe. All were pretty easy, but two things to BE CAREFUL about that are important. First, watch the videos about how to remove and replace the facia panel because if you do it improperly you will easily break the plastic tabs and be screwed. Replaced the drain pump assembly. Took about 90 minutes. Most difficult part was getting to the hoses and clamps in inside the machine at the bottom front. Just had to open the back panel and work inside. About the same difficulty as changing the radiator hoses on an automobile engine. Read more

Removed 4 screws from back panel and removed back panel. Removed 3 screws and 3 wires from heater element and removed element. Reversed procedure with new element and seal. You will need the seal! Old one crumbled apart. All took less than 10 minutes. Read more

Ordered both hinge levers, left and right. (door overextended when someone tripped and fell on the door). Ordered on Friday am, got it Monday am with standard shipping. The old fascia had broken and been torn off. I should have saved the buttons from it, but I didn't know that I'd be repairing it - I figured I would have to replace the unit. • Touchpad does not respond

I ORDERED A NEW CONTROLLER BOARD. THE DIRECTIONS SHOWED HOW TO UNCLIP THE OLD BOARD BUT THE FASTENERS WERE ON THE LEFT SIDE NOT THE BOTTOM AS INDICATED ON THE REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS. AFTER REASSEMBLY THE DISHWASHER FUNCTIONED AS NEW. THNKS FOR THE INSIGHT. Read more
