My husband took the door apart replaced hinges in less than 15 minutes. Very easy to do yourself rather then paying a lot of money for someone to come out to do it for you. I would have to say that the customer service was very helpful told me exactly what I needed. Read more

Replaced the upper spray arm tube with a new one. Also replaced delivery tube grommet and the delivery tube gasket. Now everything works fine and no more leaks. Read more

My dishwasher quit cleaning dishes and lost all pressure. The food screen would keep clogging up and I would have to take it out and clean it by hand. After putting a new impeller in, the "gears" on the impeller connected with the screen blades, the old impeller the "gears" were stripped off. Ordered the parts and followed the instruction videos that Sears provide, Initially tried to order parts from Sears directly but the web-page kept complaining about my shipping address. Their loss- no wonder they're going out of business. Also, should note that the original assembly was plastic but the replacement was metal. Sure sign of a crappy cost-cutting decision. The odor in the dishwasher was due to scum buildup in the walls, the racks, and in the lower part of the drain below the lower rotating arm. One of the valves in the vertical tube was stuck in the open position; since the valves cannot be replaced, the entire tube needed replacement. The check valve probably needed no replacement, but once I opened the bottom part, I decided to replace it anyway. Replace the sprayer in the middle of the dishwasher, the problem was the grommet on the back of it but it's not available individually. Read more

After inspecting screen and drain hose with no obvious cause, replaced drain pump. Removal of the pump was very straight forward. 3 screws, 2 electric connections, and 1 hose clamp was all that was needed. Read more

Purchased door springs from Appliance Parts pros.com, installed them and door on our Dishwasher was back to normal, Had to pull out dishwasher from under cupboard to get to springs, as they were on the sides of the dishwasher. Read more

• Will not fill with water

I figured the valve that allowed water into the dishwasher was bad, or some controlling function of this process. I went online, typed in model number and had a full exploded view of the parts in my dishwasher. I ordered the inlet solenoid valve as the first step to what may be wrong. Turns out this part was the problem. With the online video it made replacement a breeze. Thank you APP for the RIGHT part AND instructions. Online purchasing and delivery are easy and timely. Replacing the inlet valve solved the problem. The old valve was somehow clogged with white sediment. I probably could have taken it off and cleaned it out if I'd known, but replacing the valve was much easier. Took about half an hour to repair. Video walk through was extremely helpful. Checked online with app and figured out the most common cause of the problem after checking the most obvious causes. Ordered the fuse received on the second day. Installation was very simple and the dishwasher was again functional. Read more
