Removed 2 outer screws that held on handle and 4 inner screws which held on handle to outer panel. Installed new handle with 4 screws and installed outer 2 screws with spacers which were in door. Read more

I found my parts and ordered the six I needed, however I did not pick up on the difference from the front wheels to the rear wheels in the the descriptions. The rear wheels are narrower and I ordered all front wheels, six fronts instead of four front and two rear. I made it work by using the axle from the new wheel with two old narrow wheels. Read more

The main conduit was broken and the pump connector had a hole in it. The pump also was showing signs of leaking. I completely disassembled the dishwasher cleaned everything and reassembled. The repair videos are a big help. Thank you. Read more

Purchased new burner assemblies and burner grates from Appliance Parts Pros to replace old, worn out ones. This job was easy as all parts purchased were unpack and place. My range is about 15 years old but is in pristine condition so instead of replacing the range, I chose to replace dirty, worn parts. Read more

The replacement of the arm took a total of 3 minutes, all I needed was a nut driver for the easy job, taking the old arm out and putting the new one in, exact replacement , I appreciate you getting the part out as fast as you did. Washer would run through the cycle, but not agitate. I had to wait for it to pump down the water level to check spin, which also was not working. The motor would buzz when it should run, but not rotate, hard to hear for spin because the pump was running. Found I could start it by hand very easily by giving the pulley a spin, so I figured start switch, but there didn't appear to be one. The previous tenant in my daughter's new apartment apparently had a grease fire of sorts in the GE XL44 gas oven. This left the insulating double glass panes so fouled up that one could not see into the oven. I removed the oven door (just lifts off the hinges) and proceeded to disassemble the door so as to get to the glass panes. Removed damage terminal block ordered new block on line. when I received new block installed it stove works fine easy to replace. If I had not been home at the time when this happen it may had cause a big house fire. Read more

This was a two and half year issue as different things failed at different times. I would get one part, then another would fail. Ultimately, I got to a point where what failed, I hadn't been ordered the part yet. The seal on the freezer door took three bathing's before it plumped up and un-creased. The video was very helpful. the hardest part is getting off old rusted parts. I had to use a hacksaw to remove one of the old clamps. I had to open the bottom of the washing machine to remove of the other clamp. Putting the new parts on was easy. Getting everything apart was a challenge. I changed the motherboard - computer and also changed the motor in the freezer, because it was doing a howling sound every time it turned on. The repair technician asked for $500 for a repair and that is on top of the $230 I paid him two days before. I looked up the parts and decided to try myself and it paid off. The repair was relatively simple and quick. The only part required was a new oven thermostat assembly and the tools I used for my model was a flathead screwdriver, cross-point screwdriver, torque bit and 1/4 inch socket using a bit driver.
