I determined that the cam riser had broken into two pieces. Finding the part was easy on the diagram on the website. It arrived less than 24 hours after it was ordered. Top hinge was removed and the door was placed on a set of horses. One bolt was removed from the bottom of the door, the pieces of the broken cam riser were removed and the new one installed. Ordered the pieces from here. Downloaded the user manual. I never work on appliances but I couldn't justify the $200 a service tech would have charged to fix a $35 part. Followed the manual and removed the door. Replaced the broken plastic pieces. BE VERY CAREFUL not to strip the screws. I did and that's another story. Very easy to fix. You will need a second person to help guide the door back onto the frame. Read more
