I ordered new latch and 2 new screws ( imagine not having the screws). I put latch in place and with a phillips screw driver attached 2 screws. Tada works like new. If the owner would have just done this herself, I wouldnt have a new set of infinity front loaders for under $300. So thrilled that I can get replacement parts for my appliances. Read more

I opted to save myself about $600 by repairing my 8 year old LG washing machine rather than buying a new one. I replaced the keypad entry and it fixed the problem for 24 hours, but then it beeped and entered 0. But is much better than it was. I am an electronics tech and I know through the yrs 2000-2010 there were a rash of bad capacitors produced. I now believe a second board which has these capacitors is the source of the problem. I also believe the second board let voltage spikes through which slowly damaged the keypad board. My goal is to order the capacitors which cost less than a $1 each... Read more
