Replaced tank assembly. Actually I think the supply hose was originally not fully seated in the tank and I think I could have re-seated it deeper through the gray bushing. When I set the line into the new tank, still leaking. Pulled out supply line and reset using a little more force and line went into the tank. I replaced to offending part. The only minor issue was that the replacement part had changed design from the original. Otherwise it was a pretty straight forward operation. Read more
