After watching a youtube video, I disassembled the front cover on the cooktop (be sure to turn off the power supply). I then switched the potentiometers on two burners. The burner that was not working now worked and the burner that did work did not. Easy to find the culprit....ordered a new potentiometer from here and though I only got regular shipping, it was actually delivered the NEXT DAY! 5 minutes, put in the new part, and all burners work. So, you would think that Bosch would make the door handle a TAD more accessible for a quick replacement and repair. You have to first remove the plastic lining on the back of the door, then the black metal surround that holds the inner glass to be able to get to the two screws that hold the door handle supports. GE Microwave/Convection Oven. Removed case (carefully). Tested in-line power cord fuse with multi-meter. Fuse was good. Noticed a scorch mark on a wire connected to the oven cavity thermal fuse. The fuse appeared to have been overheated from too much movement in it's mount. Removed part from unit and used number on the part to order a new one.
