Raymond A Brookville , OH February 19, 2016 Appliance: Model NE594ROABSR Fan was making a weird noise First I did a search for my model stove, I read the discriptions of what it was doing and came to the conclusion it was the fan motor. I then called an appliance dealer in my local area to find out that the fan motor cost all most double what I could get it online. It was a great decision because it saved my about 241 dollars......and the stove worked fine Read More... 75 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers, Socket Set
Ken S Dothan , AL February 09, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Electric Range NE595N0PBSR/AA-0001 Oven not heating correctly taking too long to heat Changed out the Fan. Jerry K Lexington , KY March 07, 2018 Appliance: Samsung Electric Range NE58F9710WS/AA-0000 Convection fan quit working Replaced fan. This comes after stove quit after self clean cycle. That led to replacing thermostat and the upper fan. A week later the lower fan quit as well.Be advised that the schematics on the website are not correct for this model range (NE58F9710WS/AA). The fan assembly are backwards. Double check with Samsung parts.com to verify. The top motor is SMC-U386C. You can search this on the Samsung website. The bottom motor is SMC-U386A. Also, don't buy the entire assembly. If you buy just the motors, the electrical plug will match up. You only have to remove 3 screws to change the motors in the assembly. If you buy the entire assembly, the electrical plug will be different.
