I searched YouTube and found several videos that helped me diagnose the most probable cause. I learned how to open the cabinet and access the parts from the videos. I ordered a new discharge hose and a replacement pump. The parts came in the next day with the standard shipping option! It turned out that the old discharge hose was blocked. Ordered boot, nozzle, and inner spring for boot. Would have ordered outer, but the schematic for parts made it very difficult to navigate to locate parts...24 hr/next day air and I have a happy wife. The only thing that would have made it easier, was having a pair of Spring Expansion pliers, be careful not to pinch inner boot! Because of the design of the plates holding my LG dryer on it's pedestal (screws on the pedestal and two face tape on the dryer end of the plates), I needed to order a set of replacement plates. Bought a used pedestal and washer set. No brackets to mount. DO NOT BUY THE KIT FOR $175.00! Do your research. I was able to buy only brackets I needed costing 24$ for all. Kit must come with every possible bracket that might be needed and even so should only cost $35.00. Kit is highway robbery, absolute consumer rip off. Read more

Here's the story. All my appliances except the dryer broke. Yeah. talk about bad luck. First I tried to fix the refrigerator. Replaced both motherboard and inverter board.
