The drive blade has come off of the drum and the auger. When I try to dispense ice and the auger rotates, the drive blade does not rotate with it. Hence, the drive blade was not pushing ice into the drum (and into the ice crusher housing and dispense chute). Watched the video a few times for door boot seal replacement. It was a lot of help! The spring is the hardest to replace and I did enlist the help of my wife. Everything went back on great. If you have to replace the front panel (with the buttons) be mindful that the buttons are spring loaded and will come out. I did not lose any and it went back together just fine. Turned off water behind the fridge. Unscrewed housing that covered water lines behind the filter base with a 1/4" socket. Pulled out the water hoses by pulling forward on the blue ring holding the hose while pulling the hose backward. Unscrewed the two screws below the filter base. Looked up possible causes on line and found video about trouble shooting. It said to check starter cap and run relay on side of compressor. Removed both and found both were bad .ordered replacements on line from appliancePartspros.com. Installed new parts and is working properly. This repair job was on a 2012 Frigidaire refrig.
