This is a rack adjuster mechanism that allows you to raise or lower the upper dish rack in your dishwasher. It attaches to the side rail and enables height adjustment to accommodate taller items on the lower rack. Replace it if the upper rack tilts, sags to one side, or the adjuster no longer locks into position.

Seals the planetary gear case to prevent grease leaks. Replace if oil appears around the outer case or after opening the mixer for repairs. Confirm fit.
This was a problem that I'd had previously with this mixer. The worm gear, which is designed to fail (so that more serious damage does not occur to the motor), did fail while I was mixing some multi-grain bread dough. After the previous failure (pre-youtube days), I took the machine in for repair. The repair-shop cost came to about $150 in labor. Parts were extra. This time, I decided to do the repair myself, since I figured that I knew what was wrong. I found the appliancepartspros... Read more

We could not solve our dishwasher door issue after a number of other tries: Latch, Catch, Ropes that attach to the springs that pull the door closed. I tend to believe the solve could be different b/c all these things work together. But for us, we were skeptical that the hinge swap would work and we were very pleasantly surprised. Read more

Upper spray arm installs below the top rack in your dishwasher. Replace if cracked, broken, or clogged with mineral deposits that prevent proper rotation.
I installed a new float, switch, and rocker arm. That helped a little, but what made the difference was changing from pods to gel washing detergent. In hindsight, I should have tried that first. Read more
