While taking off the control panel to look at the problem, I found out that a couple of the post holes in the control panel were broken. If you need to do this, you'll need a small Allen wrench to remove the top 6 screws from the inside of the door and a screwdriver or other tool to help pop some of the plastic clips on the door latch bracket and control board cover.
