First, I did online research to find out what could be the problem with these symptoms of cold freezer and warm fridge. I found multiple posts with people going back and forth as far as what to do to fix it. One tread even provided the link to your store with the part number for the evaporator fan motor. The new gasket arrived in a box half the size of the gasket so the gasket was folded to fit into the box. I hung the new gasket up for a couple of hours and then just prior to installation used a hair dryer as per included instructions to soften the gasket and minimize minor wrinkles in the gasket. My dishwasher quit cleaning dishes and lost all pressure. The food screen would keep clogging up and I would have to take it out and clean it by hand. After putting a new impeller in, the "gears" on the impeller connected with the screen blades, the old impeller the "gears" were stripped off. Even though the fasteners probably only cost a few cents, I had to buy a new mullion for my fridge. $80! $80 because two nylon fasteners were poorly designed. Replacing the part was easy once I paid the *$80* for the new part. Unscrewed the old mullion. Slipped on the new $80 part. Read more

Ordered the parts and followed the instruction videos that Sears provide, Initially tried to order parts from Sears directly but the web-page kept complaining about my shipping address. Their loss- no wonder they're going out of business. Also, should note that the original assembly was plastic but the replacement was metal. Sure sign of a crappy cost-cutting decision. There are videos on You Tube,. After removing the bottom basket, you remove the entire drawer including the door together with it, by using a screwdriver to depress the white clip on each drawer slide which releases the slide from body of the freezer. Once you pull our the entire drawer, you will need to drill out a rivet to remove the old slide. You will need a rivet gun to attach the new slide. Read more

Replaced timer, thermostat, a thermal fuse, the pair of thermal cutoff switches and finally the heater element. Hard to say what the final fix was that did the trick -- I am guessing it was the heater element although the old one appeared to have good continuity. I ordered the gasket with the model number off the frig. AppliancePartPros.com made it easy to find my part. There was also a "how to" video on the same page. I ordered the part and it got to OH the next day. Following the video guideline it took me 15 minutes to remove the door, strip out the old seal and put in the new one.
