I drained the dishwasher by hand, disconnected power, water, and drain under the sink. I removed the screws holding the dishwasher in place. I located the pump with the online owners manual and removed it leaving the power connected. I put the machine on the rinse cycle and then hit cancel, the pump is supposed to come on, it didn't, I tried it twice, each time it would start if I manually started it spinning. So I ordered a new drain pump and reversed the removal procedure. Everything worked... Read more

Unscrewed the front lower panel ( 2 screws ). Disconnected the pump hose clamp and removed the hose. I loosened the lower back panel and pulled out the drained hose from the rear. Replaced with new hose put back clamp and panels. Very easy Read more

Ordered a new bracket for the heating element because of all the melted plastic on it. Also ordered a new lower washer arm. Both came quickly and the lower arm I can no longer get from the manufacturer. Both installed quickly and worked like there was never anything wrong. Saved me a lot of money and didn’t have to replace the dishwasher. Will order from here anytime I need to replace parts for any of my appliances. Read more

Easy fix, just pull out dishwasher a little for side access. Just make sure you get left & right pulley's. And change both while you're there. Read more

Dishwasher worked fine except the top rack would keep coming off the rails, could see the rollers needed replacement. Washer is 10 years old, and in that time the rollers had become brittle and broken. At first tried to use old screw and washer, but washer was impossible to remove from screw as I have hard water and the calcium deposits seemingly cemented it. Following the great video on the site, I pulled the motor off and was about to put the o-rings on when I noticed there was rust on the motor shaft. Very close inspection showed the o-rings were still good. Not having time to order a motor, and a local store was having a sale, I replaced the whole unit. Read more
