  • Compresses refrigerant vapor to enable heat exchange and cooling
  • Replaces a worn or damaged scroll element in the compressor assembly
  • Addresses symptoms such as reduced or no cooling, a humming compressor that doesn't run, or abnormal compressor noise
  • Used only where the compressor design allows scroll element replacement

  • Installation requires sealed-system service skills and specialty tools
  • Unit must be evacuated and recharged with the correct refrigerant and oil per OEM specs
