• Element will not heat

The burners and drip pans that I previously ordered fit this stove perfectly. It is so much better cooking on the cook stove with the burners laying properly. I'm very pleased. My only complaint is that I wish more parts were available for this old stove, I really love it! Read more

Just took out old elements and then old pans. Replaced all 4 pans followed by 4 elements. Had to adjust element leads to get a secure level fit. Looked like a new range top when completed. The job was completed in less than 15 minutes. Read more

I broke two of the elements in my GE Profile cooktop because I failed miserably at removing the glass top. It pays to do your research, kiddies. All it takes is a Number 10 Torx bit to remove 12 screws holding the glass to the body of the appliance, and it lifts straight up. I was replacing the glass because it broke during my home's construction. I wasn't sure of the problem, but after reading a lot on appliancepartspros.com on my model and symptoms, I narrowed it down to the dual burner selector switch or the Dual element. I didn't have a lot of time to take everything apart to diagnose it, so I ordered both items. The parts came quickly and was competitively priced (Amazon was slightly cheaper, but didn't offer the same return policy). I replaced the burner. The cook top had an exhaust fan attached which made the repair much harder. I know now you can remove the exhaust fan and duct from the bottom which would have saved me a lot of time. Read more

I have a GE range model number 164D3871P001. The part number WB30T10046 did not match the GE model range. I looked at the original part and it looks identical to the WB30T10046. I had it installed and it is working like new. Read more

Ordered the parts from Appliancepartspros.com and watched their helpful video on how to do it. When the parts came, which was very quickly, I removed the stove, took it apart, replaced the element and put it back in place in less than an hour. Read more

Removed stove from counter top. Removed glass top of stove to get to burners. Not easy. Read more
