Once I watched the video on your site about gas line install, it became apparent why the line bent when I raised the lid.. also discovered those two rods have nest to go into and the lid/top now sets down tight as designed ( and as an added bonus, gas smell disappeared during oven use) I ordered the gas lines with the model number, ordered all four …. it was a bit of a chore one came up when site opened I picked it, but did not know if it was the RH or LH etc.. so reading some of your answers... • Element will not heat

The burners and drip pans that I previously ordered fit this stove perfectly. It is so much better cooking on the cook stove with the burners laying properly. I'm very pleased. My only complaint is that I wish more parts were available for this old stove, I really love it! Read more

Ordered replacement, took out old element and put in the new one. Very easy, and it works! Read more

Move stove to unplug, remove rear center panel, indentify the two spade connectors that feed the heating element and remove (unplug) them. Remove two screws that hold the element to the inside rear wall of the stove and remove element. Install new element, plug in the previously removed spade connectors, re-install rear center panel, plug range (power) in, move stove back into place and enjoy. Read more

Found that the ovens control was melting at the point where the power wires connect.This stove was a GE low end model 4 yr. old. Read more

Talked to a representative at your company they said it was probably the infinite switch. I purchased all four switches, replaced all four burner switches. Very easy to do. In less than an hour to replace all four. Read more

We replaced the Infinite Switch. Read more

Just took out old elements and then old pans. Replaced all 4 pans followed by 4 elements. Had to adjust element leads to get a secure level fit. Looked like a new range top when completed. The job was completed in less than 15 minutes. Read more

I replaced the latch and handle assembly. It's easy when you see how it goes together. Unscrew the two screws under the front edge of the stovetop, have a helper lift the stovetop up, unscrew the six screws holding the metal plate down and remove the plate, unplug the wires connected to the latch switch, and unscrew the two front screws holding the latch assembly in place. Replace the latch assembly and put it back together in reverse. Read more
