  • Holds the fan motor in correct alignment to prevent wobble
  • Prevents the motor from contacting the cabinet or mounts and causing wear
  • Helps extend motor and blade life by reducing movement-related stress
What's included: One fan motor grommet Install notes:
  • Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any repair
  • Remove the appropriate access panel to reach the fan motor assembly
  • Note the grommet orientation and replace like-for-like; press the grommet into the motor mount until fully seated
  • Inspect other mounts and hardware; replace additional worn grommets as needed
