Replacement ice bucket and auger assembly for refrigerator ice dispensers. Stores ice and rotates to move cubes forward. Replace if cracked, broken, or worn.
Googled broken part using refrigerator model #. Whole ice maker auger/bucket assembly was < 2.5x the cost of the auger alone. Amazon didn't stock it and the other online stores were similarly priced but a bit higher. Shipping was $8.00 for FedEx ground. Be careful with their ground service as it will always take longer than the shipping estimate. Ordered New ice bin, since auger not available on its own. It came as a complete set with front cover. When new bin arrived, front cover did not match ours, so we removed the front of new ice bin and replaced with our ice bin cover. It was one or two screws to remove. Extremely easy. Read more
