There are videos on You Tube,. After removing the bottom basket, you remove the entire drawer including the door together with it, by using a screwdriver to depress the white clip on each drawer slide which releases the slide from body of the freezer. Once you pull our the entire drawer, you will need to drill out a rivet to remove the old slide. You will need a rivet gun to attach the new slide. Read more

After a lot of research, we initially changed out the inlet valve. When that didn't fix the issue, we went back to researching, and saw that it could be the freezer door switch. So we replaced that as well. Again this did not solve our issue. Back to researching. I then came across AppliancePartsPros.com! And I found so many other options of what it could be.
