It was easy to find the part on appliance parts pros. Once I found it I studied the diagram and determined that there were 3 screws in the drum that needed to be removed. I disconnected power and then removed 3 interior screws. Once I did that I removed the back cover and removed the single screw on the bottom side of the air duct that held it in place connected to the heat tube. I then reversed disassembly. I replaced the cycle switch, fixing the lack of heat. The timer switch replacement fixed the auto cool down. I watched a cycle switch replacement on Youtube, demonstrating removal of the top console, which answered the only question I had about the repair. The timer switch was a hundred bucks. The only thing to be said about that is that it was a lot cheaper than a repairman or replacing the dryer. Read more
