I read that the controller and probe controlled the oven temperature. Also read if replacing controller you should replace the overlay. So I ordered all three parts and installed myself with no problem. I took a photo with my phone prior to unplugging wires so I knew the right way to plug the wires into the new controller. In 2 days it arrived and I put it in. That did not fix the problem. I then ordered the control panel. Again in 2 days it arrived and I installed it. That fixed it.
