Ordered new wheel assembly, which came in about a day and a half. The broken assembly was on the left front so I only had to slide the dishwasher out just enough to expose the two mounting screws on the outside of machine.When you remove the old assm there are two rubber washers on the back side. If you didn't order new ones,remember to remove them from broken assembly and install them onto the new piece.Overall this is an easy fix and took about ten minutes including pulling the machine away... After having replaced the drum support rollers twice in a roughly 3yr period, I realized something wasn't quite right, and indeed it wasn't. I had been ordering the wrong parts - I did use the online parts locator after checking, & double checking my model number. 1, Removed roller tray front stoppers from each side. 2. Pulled out empty top rack from dishwasher. 3. Removed existing top rack roller. 4. Inserted new roller where old one was located. 5. Repeated for each roller. 6. Inserted top rack back into dishwasher. 7. Enjoyed using both racks again!! Read more

Removed torx screws attaching stainless liner to outer stainless door. Lift off inner door and carefully separate the electronic components from where they snap into the control panel. Relocate electronic components to the new control panel. Reattach the inner liner with the torx screws. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands to hold the control panel while making the electronics swap to avoid pulling on the wiring harness. Removed and replaced diverter motor. Ops check good, no more leaking. I'm guessing the seal was the problem but diverter ruined (water residue) from leaking over the last 5 years??? This seal is only available if you buy the tub so followed another review - removed diverter then gently pried out the seal, cleaned and then lubed with silicone grease. Also turned the seal 180 degrees or the opposite way before reinstalling the diverter and then wrapping it all back under the counter. Read more

I replaced the rear tube that feeds water to the top and middle spinners, and this appears to have fixed the problem. The middle spinner, which is attached to the bottom of the top rack, has a tube that connects to a hole in the middle of the rear tube.This hole has a rubber flap and I noticed that this flap was wide open. The tube under the tray has a straight edge protruding from it at the back. This edge pushes the flap open and I suspect that when the water is flowing, this edge rotates... Read more

Replaced entire pump & motor assembly. Before doing the repair, I also noticed that the fill hose was crimped. This dishwasher has never filled with quite enough water, so that's why! Replaced the water inlet valve just to be sure. Dishwasher is running better than ever! Read more

We initially noticed the dishwasher running loud and failing to completely clean dishes. Research suggested issues like this were normally caused by either the main circulation motor or the drain motor. Removed bottom cover, located leak at float switch, removed and replaced float switch kit. The toughest part of the repair was removing the Float & Retainer Assembly (in the interior of the machine tank) which broke when I pushed it back and pulled it straight up as suggested in the service manual. Chopper screen was completely blocked. Chopper blades separated from the shaft. Retainer ring came off of the shaft but was able to re install the chopper assembly. Worked fine after cleaning the screen and reassembly the lower spray arm. Lower spray arm hub tab broke when removing so purchased a new one with a new bearing.
