Dishwasher not cleaning dishes or water won't circulate? This circulation pump and motor forces water through the spray arms during wash cycles.
The Manifold is an OEM part for Whirlpool dishwashers. Located in the dishwasher base, it directs water flow to the primary wash and rinse arms during cycles.
Causes of a bad manifold include mineral deposits clogging internal valves over time, worn seals no longer containing water as intended during rinse and wash, or broken diverter components.

The vertical shaft showed a slight bend so I replaced the bent shaft with a new shaft. I should have done that when I was replacing the gears. Although we have not mixed any more bread, I ran the mixer at a both low and high speeds for several minutes without any more gear clashing noises. It now purrs ! Central hub that secures the lower spray arm in your dishwasher. Replace if cracked, broken threads, or wobbly spray arm. Includes installation video.
Chopper screen was completely blocked. Chopper blades separated from the shaft. Retainer ring came off of the shaft but was able to re install the chopper assembly. Worked fine after cleaning the screen and reassembly the lower spray arm. Lower spray arm hub tab broke when removing so purchased a new one with a new bearing. Our 7 y/o dishwasher wouldn't close and therefore we couldn't get it to run. We scoured the web and there are few references to this so I want to add it in case it helps. Replacing hinges solved the popping opening issue. We could not solve our dishwasher door issue after a number of other tries: Latch, Catch, Ropes that attach to the springs that pull the door closed. I tend to believe the solve could be different b/c all these things work together. But for us, we were skeptical that the hinge swap would work and we were very pleasantly surprised. Read more
Rubber foot for stand mixers. Installs at the base to provide stability. Replace if worn, cracked, missing, or damaged to prevent mixer movement.
Checked out You tube video. Easy tune up. One gasket was damaged and I did not notice that the brush holders has no brushes. I believe a quick call to Appliance parts pros will fix this, besides I need a few more parts. I expect to get another 20+ years from this KitchenAide mixer, once repairs are competed. Found the correct USA made OEM part from Appliance Pros, and installed it on my new Dishwasher. The use of this correctly manufactured Adapter prevented any damage to the threads of the dishwashers inlet solenoid valve which is made of a plastic material. If I had forced the after market adapter onto the solenoid valve instead of ordering the OEM adapter; it would have ruined the threads on the plastic solenoid valve resulting in the need to purchase a very expensive replacement valve. ...
