The manual had instructions for pulling things apart, the flaps over the drawer tops and the clear plastic inserts in the shelf. Flaps--Easiest to work with when the shelf is out and upside down. Slide flaps to the side a little to release the axle pin on the flaps from the receptacle hole on the shelf frame. Clear plastic plates are held in with a plastic pin on the side of the shelf frame. I ordered this part and replaced it myself. The photo confirmed I had the correct part. I removed the crisper drawers and all (took 1 minute) and couldn't figure out how to remove this part. Some of the notes claimed there were screws holding it on but that is not correct. One of the large tabs on this part is what keeps this part in place. Although I only needed to replace the drawer support (end cap) on the right side the kit comes with replacements for both sides. I was surprised to see that the air flow adjustment mechanism that is located on the right side end cap was not included. Looked up the parts list and diagram by serial number. Found the correct part numbers and ordered 2 crisper drawers, the meat drawer and the bar that holds bottles on the bottom shelf of the door. The diagram showed endcaps needed on the bar, but that was only for if the bar was for the freezer door. Parts were a little expensive, but we're beautiful and delivered in just a few days.
