After the part arrives, I was double check to make sure I got the right part. Importantly, unplug the electrical power first before do anything, also turn off the water hose for safety. Then removed 4 screw out side panel and 2 screw in side to get lose. After all, replaced a new part and put all panel and screw back together. • Won't start

I removed the burners and replaced the igniters. The burners must be removed because the igniters go underneath them. This job turned out to be very difficult because my stove is 16 years old and the screws holding down the igniters were completely rusted and bound to the stove top, so I had to drill out all of the screws. Ordered two new springs and clips. Pulled out the bottom drawer and replaced the old spring and the one that had broken. This only took about ten or fifteen minutes and was very easy. Now the door works as it should. Read more

• Door won't open after self cleaning cycle

I knew the door latch was suppose to lock for self clean and it wasn't, so I took the back off and after tracing out wires and the linkage to the door latch, determined that it was a faulty motor on the latch lock. I took the plastic vent piece off the front of the microwave & removed the charcoal filter & put the new one in. Made sure that while I had it open I cleaned all the built up grease out of it before closing it back up. Took the 2 grease filters from underneath the microwave & replaced with the new ones. I drilled old lock out and installed new lock box. This was the info your Tech had given me and as always your Techs are on top of all situations. This took about 15 minutes and it's back collecting money. Thanks for such quick and reliable service. • Door sweating

I noticed the floor around the dishwasher was starting to get wet and warp the wooden floor. The chopper had gotten out of line and had cut a pinhole into the sump housing and the dishwasher was leaking badly. It was quite easy to repair. Just unhook the drain hose and the wire connectors, twist off the turbidity sensor and waste motor, pull out the shims and the whole assemple comes up and out.
