I determined that it was a problem that occurred during the defrost cycle by resetting the GFCI outlet and forwarding the defrost timer until the defroster came on. Once the defrosting began, the GFCI outlet would reliably trip. I took apart the shielding inside of the freezer and tested the defrosting without the heating element or the thermostat connected. I thought it was the burners and ordered four burners. When they arrived I thought three of them were wrong parts so I ordered three others and scheduled a return of three I had just received. I then realized it was not the burner but the diffuser plated on top of the burners. I cancelled the new order, arranged a return of the four initial burners and ordered four diffuser plated. I simply removed both shelf and drawer, cleaned the area. I attached the drawer to the shelf and slid the whole assembly into the bottom of the refrigerator. Read more

Walk into the kitchen on 21 Sep. Eight year old Frigidaire refrigerator appears to be short cycling, controls are nonfunctional. Unplug it for a few minutes, plug it back in, appears to return to normal function. Return to kitchen half hour 45 minutes later it's short cycling again. Flipped the circuit breaker to turn the power to the fridge off. Had to remove the faceplate to the ice/water dispenser. Had to remove approx 16 screws and unplug the circuit board. Removed water tube (That was the hardest part) ! Had to disconnect and remove the broken part and reattach the new part. Then put everything back together again. Read more

Just screwed on the new handle. The new handle did not come with threaded holes, but this was OK because the screws that came with the stove were self tapping. This takes a bit more effort and the proper screwdriver, but creates the threads in the handle as you turn the screw. Kudos to A-P Pros for the quick processing and delivery of the order. Read more
