Fixed by replacing the washer door seal "Bellows". Once again AppliancePartsPros comes through with the right part at a great price. It took quite some time to install because putting the inside spring back on the bellow was difficult so I needed to remove the top and front door of the washer to get better access. Unplugged stove. Removed six 1/4 inch socket head screws from back panel. Removed back panel. Removed plug on the back of the OCB. Removed OCB. Used Philips screwdriver to remove four mounting screws (and cracked pieces of the mounting holes). If you can get to this point, installing the new OCB is pretty self explanatory. Read more

Then I inserted the bar into the shelf support and the inserted the bar and supports into the slots on the left and right. Got the six year old refrigerator from my daughter because of it freezing up but was in good ( Stainless Steel) shape to replace our 21 year old Kitchen Aid.
