We moved into a home with a nice dishwasher but the bottom rack was useless without the tines. Local appliance dealer said it would be cheaper to buy a new machine, but this was a high end machine, just a bit dated. New upper dish rack. At 15 years old, the dishwasher is going strong but inevitable wear and tear ruined the dish rack. The video on the website is not specific to my model but I'm a little handy and was able to figure it out. If I had to do it again, I'd rate the difficulty as a 1, much of the time spent was figuring out how to push all the little plastic lock tabs and switching the rollers and upper water jet assembly from one rack to the other. Ordered tracks and adjusters via chat. Adjusters were not needed so I returned them. The repair was very easy. Had to slide out the dishwasher and remove four screws holding each track. Installed new tracks and put dishwasher back in place. Read more
