Rebalanced the load but noticed the drum was sitting lower and the springs were wore out and it went out of balance easy, so i got the suspension rod kit and installed it and it works much better. Purchased replacement door gasket (seal). Pulled old gasket from its groove around door. Easily pressed the replacement gasket into the empty groove. Repair complete. Read more

I took the cover off the transmission and determined that the only possible knocking had to be coming from the yoke. I ordered a new yoke and all the tub seals needed to put it back together like new. I also ordered a new drive pulley bearing because this bearing is always turning whenever the washer is used. After many years of excellent service the burner I use most often on the top of my JenAir range rusted through. After trying to remove the burner, which was firmly rusted into place, I decided to replace the cooktop pan, both burners and igniters. I bought the listed condenser fan motor for my Maytag refrigerator. Access to the condenser fan is by removing sheet metal screws of bottom panel with 1/4 in. nut driver. Condenser fan is on left side of rear access area. Remove electrical connector by pressing-in connector release tab with thumb fingernail and pulling on connector. Replaced the igniter, Simple but there are several points to remember. TURN THE POWER OFF 1) remove the oven door or you will have a hard time reaching the back of the oven. Mine just lifted off. 2) The igniter tip is fragile put a drop cloth over the oven floor in case you drop it even after it is in its holder. 3) The drop cloth will catch screws too if you drop them so they won't fall into the oven. 4) The cable from the oven is very short even after pulling it out from the hole at the back....
