Worn over gasket and knobs Thomas M. • Sequim , WA • October 03, 2014
We recently purchased a house with Jenn-Air appliances. The previous owner had used something to clean the knobs on the stove that removed the imprint. Ordering these was easy, they fit with no problem and are manufacture initial product quality. Very Pleased.
The only suggestion I would have is to provide instructions on how to install the oven door gasket. I have not attempted that yet but will soon.

The numbers had worn off the control knobs Joan D. • Orange , TX • February 14, 2015
I ordered new ones from your company and put them on when they got here. Was in a bit of shock when I found out the price but it needed to be taken care of. I could use the range top but others, including my husband, had no idea which way to turn the knobs for what. I clean my glass range top with a cleaner made for it and didn't take the knobs off every time I cleaned. I think the cleaner actually wore the numbers off. Will be cautious to take them off to avoid getting the cleaner on...

Genuine Whirlpool part

Part Number: WPW10467316
Color: Grey/Chrome - This is a control knob that is used on many stoves, ranges, and ovens. The control knob is the component that controls the heating elements. The control knob is used to turn the elements from off to on and back. They also control the temperature settings. Regular use can start to strip the inside of the knobs so they do not fit properly over the shaft. When this occurs, the heating elements cannot be controlled. The control knob will need to be replaced to safely use the stove or oven. When replacing the control knob, the stove should be powered off and cool to the touch. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry the original knob off of the range so the control shafts can be seen. Use a degreaser to clean the control panel and shafts before placing the new control knob. Make sure the appliance is powered on before use. This control knob is sold as an individual product. It is an authentic OEM replacement component that is sourced directly from the manufacturer. The knob is made to be used with ranges, stoves, and ovens manufactured by Whirlpool.
