Easy fix, this was an identical match to the fan that was in the oven. The only thing missing was the foam strip, that easily came off the old fan assembly and stuck to the new one. Simple fix. Power off, remove 14 screws, lift top (use wood blocks to hold), unplug white and black wires from fan motor, twist motor assembly counter clockwise and lift to remove. Take new fan motor and do steps in the reverse. Worked like a champ.
