This power cord assembly supplies electrical power from the wall outlet to your refrigerator. Replace a cut, frayed, or overheated cord to restore safe, reliable operation and eliminate intermittent power loss caused by a damaged cord. What it does:
- Provides the electrical connection between the household outlet and the refrigerator's wiring
- Helps resolve no-power or intermittent power when the cord is moved
- Addresses visible damage such as cuts, cracks, fraying, or a melted/discolored plug
- Mitigates arcing, sparking, or a burning odor originating from the cord or plug area
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power by unplugging the unit or switching off the circuit breaker before servicing
- Pull the refrigerator forward for access; note the original cord routing and connections
- Install the new cord along the same path and secure any built-in strain relief; ensure the ground connection is properly seated
- Restore power and verify operation

Power cord needed to be replaced Jorge V. • Tucson , AZ • November 14, 2015
Spliced new and old power cord near the connections in the fridge and connected them. Didn't mess with the factory harnesses or connections inside actual fridge.

Replacement burner wire harness that restores the ignition wiring connection for a gas range surface burner, helping re-establish consistent sparking and reliable burner ignition for safe cooking operation. What it does:
- Provides the electrical connections between the burner igniter/spark electrode and the range's ignition module/control.
- Replaces damaged, cut, or frayed wiring that can cause no-spark, intermittent ignition, or continuous clicking at the burner.
- Routes and secures ignition wires to keep connections stable and reduce heat/rub-related failures.
- Helps the ignition system deliver consistent sparks so burners light reliably.
What's included: One burner wire harness. Install notes:
- Disconnect electrical power and shut off the gas supply before beginning any service.
- Compare the new harness to the original; transfer and reconnect terminals one-to-one and secure any routing clips or fasteners.
- Route wires away from hot surfaces and sharp edges; avoid stretching or pinching the harness.
Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You
After a bad spill several burners were no longer working Darryl B. • Somerset , NJ • November 22, 2016
After a thorough cleaning I decided to change the spark module, harness switch and harness wire burner. Part #318, #323 and #999.
I accidentally swapped one wire from the power cord and harness switch.
With the help of Suzanne Y. of Appliance Part Pros.com, I was able to correct my error.
She emailed me a schematic diagram of my cooktop which helped me to find my problem.
My cooktop is now working like new.
