I replaced the dishwasher lower rack wheel support spindles on most of the existing wheels. The new spindles are more robust and positively secured than those I replaced. Now the lower rack slides like a charm. I am delighted with the web site, the price, the product, and the delivery time (next day)... in other words, the while experience! Read more

Replaced sump and related pieces. Also replaced door baffles that were getting bad. The hardest part of job was removing the dishwasher from the its spot in cabinets. The info on site made replacing parts easy. Read more

We purchased both the roller studs and new rollers for all of the slots on the lower rack. They came two days later and I was able to easily click them into place and the lower rack now rolls smoothly and securely. I only wish I hadn't lived with it in the broken stage as long as I did - such an easy and affordable fix. Read more

I took the inside plate off door. Removed old gasket. Broke styrofoam vent buffernbecause I grabbed it in the wrong place. Ordered both a gasket and vent buffer from your company. It came in 2 days as promised. I had to empty dishwasher of about 2-3 inches of water as with the door apart and knowing it would leak I had to shut off electric supply and hand empty machine first cup by cup and then towel by towel.
