This small, flat washer belongs in the lint filter assembly of the washer. It maintains proper spacing and helps seal the area so the filter stays secure and can capture lint as designed. What it does:
Purchase new agitator and pop it into place. This was truly one of the easiest repairs I've ever made. My fault, but the only problem I had was that I didn't realize that the agitator and the agitator cap were two separate parts. I ordered the agitator first, paid for shipping, then when it arrived, I realized I needed to also order the agitator cap. I could have probably saved some $ on shipping if I'd ordered them both at the same time. Even with the additional shipping, this is still far... Read more
This thermal limiter is the dryer's high-limit thermostat. It monitors temperature and opens the heating circuit if the dryer overheats, helping protect components and allowing the appliance to operate safely.
REPLACED BELT AND IDLER. TESTED AND FOUND THERMAL LIMITER BLOWN SO REPLACED IT. DRYER WORKS GOOD Read more
This trap duct and felt kit restores the dryer's front airflow path and drum seal. Replacing a damaged duct or worn felt helps maintain proper airflow, improve drying performance, and reduce lint leaks and noise. What it does:
This dryer blower wheel mounts on the motor shaft to move air through the drum, lint filter, and exhaust duct, helping maintain proper airflow, even drying, and overall dryer performance.

The Door Gasket is an OEM part for GE dryers. This seal prevents hot air from escaping during a cycle, ensuring that the dryer operates efficiently and safely. The gasket's primary role is to maintain the internal temperature and airflow, which are essential for the drying process.
Causes of damage to the door gasket often involve regular wear and tear from opening and closing the dryer door.
Symptoms of a bad Door Gasket include:
This OEM GE part is also compatible with Hotpoint, RCA, and some Kenmore models.
The Gasket Door Lower is an OEM part for GE dryers, designed to enhance the efficiency of the appliance by sealing the lower part of the dryer door. This gasket prevents hot air from escaping during operation, ensuring that the dryer functions efficiently and safely. Causes of damage to the lower door gasket typically include normal wear and tear from regular use. Symptoms of a bad Gasket Door Lower include:
This washer agitator assembly mounts on the drive shaft and creates the back-and-forth wash action that moves laundry through water and detergent. Replacing a worn or cracked agitator restores proper turnover and cleaning performance.
This transmission and support assembly drives and stabilizes the wash basket. It converts motor power into agitation and spin while supporting the tub, helping resolve no-agitate/no-spin complaints and loud operation for reliable cleaning performance.
Replaced transmission and support assembly. Hub nut corrode on support, spanner wrench would not loosen. Had to use 1 11/16 deep socket and impact wrench to remove, basket would not com off support even after cleaning out and soaking with penetrant and using automotive air hammer to push out. I had to cut support plate in half with die grinder, cut bearing from shaft and punch out agitator shaft then use die grinder with carbide burr to cut basket shaft in two before basket would come off... This control knob assembly lets you select cycles and settings on your dryer. Replacing a cracked or stripped knob restores firm engagement with the timer or selector so you can set, start, and adjust drying reliably.
Appliance Parts Pros had the part we needed at the lowest price. Some of our dorm residents resorted to clamping a pair of vice grips onto the metal stud from the control panel in order to operate their dryer. When those get broken off, we have to replace the entire control panel. by buying a batch of these replacement knobs, we are saving about $100-150 per machine and extending the expected life spans of some 40 machines in one building alone. Thanks for getting us the parts quickly and... Read more
Replace a failed dryer timer to restore reliable cycle selection and timing. This dryer control advances the machine through selected cycles so loads run and finish on the chosen program. What it does
Replaced the heater unit because the heater coil had burned in two. The whole project took less that one hour. I also replaced the dryer timer since one of the cycles would not cool down as part of the process. Read more
This front suspension rod assembly supports and stabilizes the washer tub from the front side, helping control vibration and keeping the basket centered for smooth spin and wash performance.
This washer motor run capacitor stores and releases electrical energy to help the drive motor start and run smoothly. Replacing a weak capacitor can help restore consistent agitation and spin and reduce motor humming or stalling under load.
The Dryer is 10 years old GE Front Load DPVH890JEMG. The drum would intermittently not rotate at the beginning of a cycle and occasionally would rotate but then start and stop throughout the cycle. I did not check error codes, but the windings on the motor were black. So it seemed reasonable that the motor was overheating and sending a signal to the control board to stop. There is one screw under the knob and 9 screws on the front to get inside. I decided to replace the bearings, capacitor,... Read more
This rear suspension rod assembly supports the washer tub from the back of the cabinet. Replacing a worn or broken rod restores stable spin performance and helps reduce banging, vibration, and off-balance interruptions.
The Heater and Housing Assembly is an OEM part for GE electric dryers. As the main heat source, the heater coil works together with the housing to effectively heat air flowing through the dryer. Precisely maintaining optimal drying temperatures is crucial to the drying process.
Symptoms of a bad heater and housing assembly include:
Causes can be normal wear over time, moisture damage if the housing is not cleaned regularly, or an internal short if the heater coil is cracked or broken.
This heater and housing replacement is also compatible with Hotpoint, RCA, and some Kenmore electric dryer models.
This valve regulates the flow of water into your washer during each cycle. Replacing a failing valve restores proper fill rate and temperature selection to help prevent long fills, no fill, or leaks from a valve that won't close.
