I unplugged the stove. I opened the oven door and removed the two srews holding the front of the cooktop to the stove. I raise the cooktop then remove the four screws holding the burners to the cooktop. I remove the four screws from the hinges then I removed the cooktop. Needed to replace burner box panel (pan under electric coil burners) and replace stove top (black panel that surrounds the burners).
