Once I located the parts involved in the factory exploded drawing I ordered a cable and spring. Then, when I had the dishwasher pulled out I saw that both cables had simply slipped off of their pulleys and that the door needed to be re-set properly into its drop-down metal studs.
So now I have a spare set for any problems in the future! Very easy - two screws under the counter and pull forward. Shipping was quick and easy. First time customer.

Be sure to wear gloves and unplug the unit before performing any repairs. Remove the spray arm and the filter in order to access the coupler. Remove the old part and replace the new one, then replace the filter and spray arm and test the unit for leaks.
