This is a flexible seal that fits around the dryer door or door window to prevent heated air and moisture from escaping the drum area. It creates an airtight barrier between the door and the front panel of the dryer. Replace this seal if your dryer is leaking warm air around the door, taking longer than normal to dry clothes, or if the seal is cracked, torn, or visibly worn.
