When there was no ice in the bin, the auger turned, but with any ice, the auger simply stalled and could not push the ice around. Did not know where the problem was, but thought if I replaced the entire lower assembly (ordered a new motor, shaft, spring and coupler for the bottom part), that should do it. Took about 45 minutes from start to finish, but ice now dispenses fine as cubes or crushed. Read more

• Noisy

I opened up the microwave where the noise was coming from. I searched the web to confirm this part could be failing and found the part name and number on appliancepartspros.com. I ordered the part on Monday and it was in my mailbox 2 days later. Two screws and two wire connectors later and the old one was out. Found bad motor, Not able to repair so ordered new. Came supper fast and was able to install in about 30 minutes. Only needed a square drive #2 scewerdriver and 5/16" socket wrench to do the job. Verry easy. Read more

Removed the old fan housing. Removed the fan from its housing and took the fan blade off. I then smelled the fan and it smelt of burnt insulation. I ordered a new fan and re-assembled in reverse order. Fan started up when compressor fired up. Fan was a plug & play item. Erroe Code cleared on the front and refrig is working fine. My son in law easily replaced the stator and the machine worked. I washed a couple of loads and it shock more than before. The next day I washed a load and it shook so much it took two of us to keep the machine from traveling across the room. So back to the drawing board. Read more

Ordered the parts from you guys, evaporator fan motor, fan blade, and new grommets. unscrewed the inside back panel of the freezer, removed the old fan, installed the new one. Read more

Changed the probe and door switch. Also pulled double oven out, replaced the convection motor. The unit was 30 years old. only pain was pulling out oven to get to back. watched video first, AppliancePartsPros were a great help. Read more
