This oven was a Kenmore model #66595822003. I replaced both spring hinges. This oven was a white oven so it took the MFG# WP8053807 hinge (order two of them). They are the same hinge. No left or right. To get the door off the oven, open the door all the way open, I installed pins (preferably only 1/4" long) in the holes of both hinges. So after receiving my 2 door hinges, 2 days before est. delivery . All I had to do is take the oven door off, and then remove 4 screws to take the door apart, 4more screws to remove old hinges, replace w/new reassemble and put door back on oven, all in about 40 min. works like new again, Thanks for everything. The door hinge latches were bent, which made it difficult to remove the door and re-insert. The door hinge design was changed from a pin insert to a latch from the previous model. Unfortunately, the latch on the 24 inch oven is thin and easily bent, which is likely the source of the problem. I purchased spare door hinges to facilitate re-installing the oven door should I ever have problems with removing and inserting the door again. Read more
