The Convection Fan is an OEM part for Whirlpool wall ovens and ranges. It circulates hot air inside the oven cavity, facilitating even heat distribution during the cooking and baking cycles. The convection fan enhances cooking performance through fast, forced air movement.
Causes of a bad convection fan include a failed motor, worn-out blades, or blockages that disrupt airflow.
Symptoms of a bad convection fan include:
This OEM Whirlpool part is also compatible with Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Kenmore models.
This evaporator fan motor spins the freezer fan to move air across the evaporator coils and circulate it through both compartments. Replacing a weak or failed motor restores proper airflow for consistent temperatures and reliable cooling performance.
Used Google to troubleshoot the issue. Inside the freezer I took the back off. Noticed two things. The evaporator motor was not turning and the top half of the coils were frozen over. Obvious fan not spinning issue. I felt the motor and it was hot. Spun the fan it it started spinning. Put it all back together. Ran OK for 5-6 more days then same issue. I ordered the new motor and then and spun the fan again. It lasted for 2 days. Had to spin the fan to get it going 2 more times until... Read more
This evaporator fan motor spins the internal fan that moves air across the evaporator and throughout the refrigerator. Replace a weak, noisy, or stalled motor to restore proper airflow, consistent temperatures, and quieter operation.
Evaporator fan was loud and eventually quit. This allowed the freezer temp to rise above 18 deg. which they activated the PF code. Replacing the evaporator fan motor fixed the problems. Read more
The Fan Motor is an OEM part for Whirlpool refrigerators. Located inside the fresh food or freezer compartments, it circulates cold air evenly throughout interior shelves and bins.
Symptoms of a bad fan motor include:
Causes can be normal wear over many years of operation, failure of electronic speed controls, or accumulated debris inhibiting smooth fan rotation.
This Whirlpool OEM replacement will restore the air circulation needed to maintain consistent temperatures. It is also compatible with Maytag, Jenn-Air, Amana, KitchenAid, and some GE side-by-side models for a seamless repair that prolongs your refrigerator's performance.
This evaporator fan motor circulates cold air across the evaporator and throughout the compartments for even cooling. Replacing a worn motor restores proper airflow, temperature consistency, and overall defrost performance.
After removing the evaporator cover inside the freezer, I noticed that the fan was having trouble starting without me touching it. I replaced the Evaporator fan motor. The new fan was much stronger and made more boys than the old dying motor. Read more

16 yr old 42" Kitchenaid Superba KSSP42QKS00 built-in side by side. Freezer not cooling properly (+9 to 18 degrees and refrigerator +32 to +44 degrees). Ran the diag and the evap fan showed code 02 (fan on, but at incorrect speed) all other modules showed code 01 for working properly. So bought the evap fan replacement kit from AppliancePro who as usual had the best price and support. Swapping out the fan was easy: take all the freezer shelves out, take two of the drawer guides out, two... Read more
This evaporator fan motor assembly circulates cold air across the evaporator coil and through the refrigerator and freezer. Replacing a failing motor restores steady airflow for consistent temperatures, faster cooling recovery, and quieter, reliable operation.
I removed both basket guides, removed the ice cube maker then removed the back wall panel, all only taking around 10 min. This gave me access to the fan, removed 2 more screws, disconnected 3 wires, all with connectors, then went in reverse to install new fan. 1/4" nut driver and a pair of needle nose pliers is all you need. The pliers are to remove the plastic wire keepers on the fan. Read more
Evaporator fan that circulates cold air through the refrigerator to help maintain even temperatures and reduce frost build-up. Replacing a failed fan restores airflow so the appliance cools more consistently. What it does:
This blower moves air through your appliance to maintain proper cooling and ventilation. Replacing a worn or noisy blower restores airflow and helps protect internal components so the unit operates as designed. What it does
Easy fix, this was an identical match to the fan that was in the oven. The only thing missing was the foam strip, that easily came off the old fan assembly and stuck to the new one. The hardest thing was finding the part, and with a picture to verify. I have found appliancepros.com has a large list of available parts, easy to find in their inventory of available items, and some of the best prices as well. This is a Whirlpool convection slide in oven, and the Whirlpool site was worthless, did... Read more
Replacement evaporator fan motor designed for the freezer evaporator assembly to restore airflow and help maintain consistent cold temperatures. Use this motor when the original stops running, hums without spinning, or makes unusual noise. What it does:
Looked at u tube videos & information on the internet. replaced evaporator motor problem solved Read more
This dispenser motor assembly drives the refrigerator's in-door ice dispenser so cubes dispense when you press the paddle. Replacing a weak, seized, or noisy motor restores smooth, reliable operation of the dispenser mechanism. What it does:
When there was no ice in the bin, the auger turned, but with any ice, the auger simply stalled and could not push the ice around. Did not know where the problem was, but thought if I replaced the entire lower assembly (ordered a new motor, shaft, spring and coupler for the bottom part), that should do it. Took about 45 minutes from start to finish, but ice now dispenses fine as cubes or crushed. Read more
The Motor-Fan is an OEM component specifically designed for Whirlpool kitchen ranges. Located within the back wall of the oven cavity, the motor fan works to circulate air and remove excess moisture and smoke during the cooking process. Proper motor-fan functioning helps ensure efficient oven ventilation and performance.
Symptoms of a bad motor fan include:
Causes of failure are normally wear and tear of motor windings or fan blade bearings from years of continuous use. Overheating can potentially reduce lifespan as well.
This OEM Whirlpool part is compatible with Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Kenmore models.
The Blower Motor is an OEM part for Whirlpool ranges. It is an electronic component located underneath the range that is responsible for removing heat, smoke, and odors from the kitchen. The down draft blower motor operates an exhaust system that draws air through a vent behind the cooking surface and vents it outside.
Causes of a bad down draft blower motor can include normal wear and tear over time, exposure to grease or debris which can cause clogs or mechanical issues.
Symptoms of a faulty down draft blower motor include:
