I cannot not sing the praises of this company & their helpful & fast service. I am going to post the online site address w/my praises on my facebook page for my friends that live on ranches many miles from appliance repair shops & towns. The Oven in our house is for sure over 20 yrs old it was in this home when we bought it, the home is 33 yrs old & the Oven is a Wall Oven, there is not room for a standard Oven in this Kitchen. My wife was using the oven and she shouted "emergency, oven fire" as i was half asleep in the reclining chair (I will be 86 in Oct.) We were getting an intermittent F19 code on our lower oven mainly. This code gets triggered when the oven fails to heat up to a minimum temperature within a specific amount of time. I figured this was being caused by an ignition failure so I bought this new ignitor. As it turns out, if you have a double oven then you will have two ignitors. I spent hours searching for the right trays, knowing only that the stove is GE, and what the trays look like, including exact dimensions. I ordered one set that had exact measurements, and they even explained how the measurements are taken. But the trays were larger than described by 3/8 inch, and I had to pay shipping to return them. The receptacle that held the burner element in place was broken so the burner would not make a connection and heat up. I ordered the receptacle kit. There was even an online video that showed how to make the repair. It just took a screwdriver and wire cutters and about 15 minutes and the job was done. The burner works great. Read more

I searched for my appliance and the problem. Applianceparts.com was one of the results. There was one fix-it help from a previous customer. I ordered the piece of glass and somehow it arrived at my home the VERY NEXT DAY! I couldn't believe it. So I followed the exact instructions left by the one person that wrote in. Bought a used Frigidaire 36 inch stove. The broiler didn't come on but the burners lit and the stove worked so I made do for about 4 or 5 years with that. Two screws in the front, lifted top, removed old burner, replaced with new one. The trickiest part was getting the wires connections loose from the old burner. Read more
