My wife was using the oven and she shouted "emergency, oven fire" as i was half asleep in the reclining chair (I will be 86 in Oct.) As I dashed, well not quite, into the kitchen mentioning the fire extinguisher, she exclaimed "no, electrical fire, throw the circuit breaker"....which I very promptly did and the fire was no more; just a lot of bad odor.
Removing the severed 32 year old bake oven element was somewhat delayed due to corrosion of the element mounting screws and electrical...

F19 error code on LG natural gas double oven. Brian M. • Baltimore , MD • February 11, 2021
We were getting an intermittent F19 code on our lower oven mainly. This code gets triggered when the oven fails to heat up to a minimum temperature within a specific amount of time. I figured this was being caused by an ignition failure so I bought this new ignitor. As it turns out, if you have a double oven then you will have two ignitors. Just keep that in mind in case you are thinking about replacing both or you are seeing errors in both ovens. The ignitor in the lower oven is located below...

The drip pans on my electric range were old and would not clean up i bought replacements at walmart but their universal did not fit properly r Charles C. • Fair Play , MO • September 21, 2014
I googled "drip pans for electric range" and came upon your web site as well as some others. After looking at three or four I decided to go with your company. The choices clearly described the pans available so I didn't have to guess which one would fit. The price was very good and they arrive in the mail two days after I ordered them. The drip pans fit perfectly. Thank you.

Just extremely old and ugly burner trays James B. • Corinth , TX • November 17, 2014
I spent hours searching for the right trays, knowing only that the stove is GE, and what the trays look like, including exact dimensions. I ordered one set that had exact measurements, and they even explained how the measurements are taken. But the trays were larger than described by 3/8 inch, and I had to pay shipping to return them. I suggested that they correct their description, but the lady did not think I was right. I said just measure them yourself, as per the method that your...

Jenn Air stove JDS9860CDB00 error code 1d11 oven not shutting off. Joe D. • New Berlin , WI • March 20, 2019
First of all Appliance Parts Pros is the best!! I would not have had the confidence to make this repair myself without their outstanding videos and Q&A sections on their website. And their prices for parts are very competitive. Like many stories on the website, my oven would heat up beyond the temperature set point. When it reached the target temperature, the lower heating element (I think this is the “bake” element) would shutoff, but the top element (“broil” element I believe) would remain on...

Error code F10 Dan H. • Culver City , CA • December 27, 2019
Bought a used Frigidaire 36 inch stove. The broiler didn't come on but the burners lit and the stove worked so I made do for about 4 or 5 years with that. Then the F10 code came up and it wouldn't stop beeping until I unplugged it. I figured the electronics/circuit board was probably bad and ordered a replacement. I was confused about what part to order. The parts list includes "Control Panel" and "Clock - Timer". Turns out the control panels are the glass panel on the front of the stove...
