Found best price for replacement switch at @ AppliancePartsPro. But took another day to find procedure on how to replace. Ordered switch on Mon before 5:00pm and & paid for 2nd day delivery. Turned OFF the CIRCUIT BREAKER for the RANGE at home electric control panel. Checked RANGE to verify power to entire RANGE was OFF by observing that control panel and OVEN lights were OFF and no burner operation. Covered GLASS COOKTOP of range with cardboard or other protective material to avoid accidental breakage during repair. Removed knob from infinite control switch by firmly pulling UP. • Element will not heat

Ordered the element control for my dual front right burner and a infinite heat switch for my left front large single burner. Removed cooktop and followed the instructions video given with the parts online. Process was simple and everything on my cooktop is working like it is brand new. I pulled the switch out of the oven console and wiggled it until it started working. That only worked for a few days. I ordered the new switch from AppliancePartsPros on Monday. In the mean time, I pulled the switch off and held the wiring harness in place with duct tape. This turned off the light.
