Fixed it in 5minutes. One end has a Phillips head screw and the other has a tab with to metal leads for wires. The end with the tab broke. I removed the screw for the other end abd the sensor bar came off. To put the new piece on, I connected the wires to the leads, slid the tab end into place on the drum and screwed in the other end. Simply open the top of the washer by inserting a putty knife (watch YouTube ) and then the front panel by removing two bottom philips head screws on the front. The whole front panel comes right off. Using pliers the spring clams holding each hose, they come off and each hose is replaced. The drain one was only leaking but since it has open I changed both and even the drive belt. Whole job less than 1 hour. BTW parts arrived next day! Read more

Dishwasher worked fine except the top rack would keep coming off the rails, could see the rollers needed replacement. Washer is 10 years old, and in that time the rollers had become brittle and broken. At first tried to use old screw and washer, but washer was impossible to remove from screw as I have hard water and the calcium deposits seemingly cemented it. The seal at the bottom of the tub had started to fail. On large loads water would leak so I ordered a new one rubber seal. Getting the trunnion off the transmission shaft was hard as it was calcified and corroded. I used a wire brush to get some of it off and then used a lot of WD-40. The bolt holding the trunnion plate on sheared off when I tried to remove it on one side and the other came out ok (the bolt hole through the trunnion is not threaded so it should slide out once the plate is off... Following the great video on the site, I pulled the motor off and was about to put the o-rings on when I noticed there was rust on the motor shaft. Very close inspection showed the o-rings were still good. Not having time to order a motor, and a local store was having a sale, I replaced the whole unit. Read more

Removed the lower hinge and repaired it, It was bent, allowing the bottom of door to rub on the inside of refrigerator. With the parts purchased along with the repair made to the hinge. The door now works as it should. Read more
