The multiple YouTube videos available made it a pretty straight forward step-by-step repair. Not all parts were in stock. They each shipped separately, but I got them all within a 2 week period. Process went pretty smoothly. However, when I first was diagnosing, I took the motor brushes out to check their wear, and did not put them back in until I had all the gears replaced and the mixer back together.
