The dishwasher would fill with water, and then was silent (during the time you'd expect to hear it washing. Cancel/draining worked fine too. I assumed it was the pump/motor that had failed. Purchased water inlet valve and new hot and cold water hoses. Unscrewed about 5 screws that were holding the top of the washer in place then slide the top forward and up. Released the control top it popped off no screws. Disconnected the wires attached and unscrewed 2 screws holding the valve in place the popped that off. Popped in a new valve and repeated the process in reverse. Boom done! Very simple works like new! Read more

Ordered replacement tracks. Shipment arrived within 2-3 days. No directions and video available only spoke of replacement of track stop, so of no assistance. No directions with tracks, just arrows on the parts. Already assembled with new plastics braces similar to what was inside washer wall holding permanent track on either side. Changed inlet valve super easy on my whirlpool dishwasher took the front kick panel off turned off water and electricity the valve was right out front bottom left one small sheet metal screw held it on disconnected plug and 5/8 water line and hose with clamp for fill to tub just reverse for install of new valve Read more

The fix was to take the items out and replace them with the items I ordered. instead of receiving the items in a week it came in a few days . thanks its been a pleasure dealing with this company. Read more
