I pulled the old gasket off the door then I used rubbing alcohol to clean the mold along the back of the door and in the insert for the gasket seals . The new gasket fit extremely well and was very easy to put in. I waited 24 hours for the gasket to come back to its normal shape. After putting the gasket in I waited another 24 hours to make sure that I was getting no Icing inside the freezer area. There was no icing so the job is completed. Read more

This is a water deflector or baffle that mounts inside the dishwasher tub, typically at a corner, to direct water flow during the wash and rinse cycles. It helps ensure water is properly channeled for effective cleaning and prevents leaks at the door seal area. Replace this part if it is cracked, missing, or if you notice water leaking from the dishwasher door during operation.
I went to YouTube and put in my issue and saw the video on how to replace the seals and deflectors in my dishwasher. I ordered the dispenser and the distribution nozzle since the old one was in bad shape. I also replaced the boot since I had to take the entire machine apart and it is 20 years old. I watched your videos on you tune to learn what to do. I recently lost my job and really could not afford to hire someone to fix my washer.
