Found the end of the right-side Door Spring that connects to the Door Cable broke off and the plastic end of the Door Cable that connects to the Door Spring was also broken off. I first checked the power , we had 220 volt at plug, I removed the back of the stove, checked things out , I found that the stove top burners still worked and the oven light worked. I tested and found that we had current to the timer and clock but nothing on the control worked to set the time, or to turn the oven on or to set the oven temp. We first emptied out the freezer to another freezer, turned off the refrigerator, and let it defrost. We ordered a freezer door gasket from Appliance Parts and it arrived within a few days. I had replaced the Agitator cams a couple of times already due to my brother-in-law overloading the machine which stripped the teeth off of the cams. I also noticed the agitator seemed to 'wobble' and made 'knocking' noises quite a bit. I chose to replace both parts so I wouldn't have to go back into the freezer. I used only a screw driver, pliers and the gas lighter to heat the wire connector sleeves. I watched the available do it yourself videos and was done in less than 30 minutes. It has worked perfectly since. No more Ice build up in the freezer. Our 19 year old Whirlpool dryer quit heating. After checking the thermal fuse, I found the ignitor electrically open. I first thought it was the auger in the ice container so I changed it and it was not the problem. I then talked to ApplianceParts customer service that it might be the yoke on the motor that turned the auger or even the motor itself even though it worked. I ordered the parts, the yoke was supposed to be able to be changed by itself but mind would not come off the motor shaft so I had to cut it off just to remove it from the unit so I had to change the motor anyway because of this. From making repairs on other clothes washers, I was confident that some of those potential causes could have been the cause.
