The left hinge works on the right side as well as the left. All you have to do is unscrew the little plastic post and move it to the other hole. There's what needed to be done and there was what was done. Either way it starts with the door stop bracket shearing off and needing to be replaced. Replaced both sets of door cams on my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. The most important thing to know is that you DO NOT have to remove the doors from the refrigerator to replace BOTH sets of cams. You just have to remove the lower grill which is a snap fit (I also turned off the water and unplugged the unit). Replaced upper and lower thimble's, lever arm, cam closure. Door stop was not the problem, but ordered it and replaced it too. The door of course has to come off, remove the top hinge, and lift it away. Lubricated moving parts with silicone spray. Be sure and put the door back in the open position, so the lever arm and cam closure can properly interact, then close the door. Remove the plastic grate at the bottom to get at the lever arm. I ordered the door hinge cam kit, both the hinge, lower and upper cam. I followed videos found on the web. I would recommend taking the refrigerator door off by removing the upper hinge bracket and lifting the door off the lower hinge. It was much easier to replace the hinge and cam with the door off.
